Skill Readiness: an assessment platform with dashboards, reports and growth plans
Skill Readiness helps organisations measure skills such as AI readiness, digital capability and people-management behaviour. It is our own product. In May 2026, Samsung’s Talent and Learning team in Dubai launched an AI readiness programme on it.

What it does
An organisation chooses or builds an assessment and invites its people. Answers are scored against benchmarks and grouped into capability bands. Each participant gets a PDF report and a growth plan, and can be reassessed later to show what changed.
Dashboards
Programme owners see completion, average scores, band distribution and category averages for a whole cohort, then open any participant for detail. Workspaces have owner, manager and viewer roles, and an audit history records every change.

- A marketing site with interactive demos, sample reports and a Learning Centre.
